Things you should know.
A valid Accor Advantage Plus membership number must be quoted at the time of booking and presented at check-in or arrival at any participating hotel restaurant to receive the member's entitlements. Complimentary Accommodation e-Certificates are valid for a standard room at participating hotels and are limited to allocated number of rooms. A maximum of one e-Certificate may be used per stay. Reservations are essential. The Dining Discount does not apply to room service by the pool. For more specific details, please contact the hotel directly.
In the Pacific region, Accor's Resort properties do not offer the dining discounts on breakfast unless otherwise stated, and Accor's apartment-style properties do not accept complimentary night bookings unless otherwise stated. Servicing of rooms in our apartment style hotels is not done daily, unless requested, which ensures the guest is given more privacy.
